Pretty sure it's a plasma cutter, not a laser.
nigga that's a plasma rifle
Nope, my mistake. It is a laser, the reason it sends sparks flying is because it's assisted by a jet of air blowing away the molten metal.
I'm just taking a stab at it, but I'd assume it's from the rapid heating and subsequent rapid expansion of the metal. Kinda like an explosion of sorts.

Apparently its from Mercedes-AMG's Project One. As far as I can tell the "One" is a play on F1, since its made by their F1 team, and the 1000 pferdstarke the motor and electric drive put out together (986 HP).
for a second i thought it might have been a Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster but im not entirely sure

Most people get aggravated when they're told to draw something and it comes out looking like a toddler drew it. Similar thing happens when adults who can't draw have a friend who can that repeatedly shows them, of course this only applies to ass holes who can't be happy for anyone else but themselves.
The irony is that most artists constantly see flaws in their artwork which can make it harder to show people in the first place. Like this college course I'm in constantly has us do critiques with our art assignments and it's embarrassing as fuck.

Argument Against Net...
The new legislation says they have to be transparent about what, if any, throttling they do.
Which as we all know, large ISPs/carriers (or really, any super massive company) has never lied either outright or through omission. Besides, why wouldn't they spend millions upon millions of dollars lobbying for a thing they themselves said they won't use. So obviously we have no reason to be skeptical about their motives and instead should instead take things at face value. It is merely the totally free and impartial free hand of the market that will decide which ISPs are good and those that aren't after net neutrality is dead. Of course, the government, namely the city/state level, have never ever created anti-consumer laws to favor an individual ISP resulting in a geographical monopoly, because that might just throw a huge wrench in the "free hand of the market" claim of the FCC. Who totally don't have a financial interest in the ISPs/carriers who also don't have a financial interest in killing net neutrality.
