Star Wars The Force Awakens
Well, considering that Kylo was wounded before the duel (Being shot by chewie after killing Han) and hed did almost kill Finn by slashing his back, i would say he's pretty darn good considreing that he's not a proper Sith/Dark Jedi.
Lets see you fighting after you have been hit by blaster shot.
fuck you I loved the fanboy service
I actually liked rem, I feel he can be an amazing conduit to just what the dark side can turn a person into, and remember he's still pretty young so he isn't exactly supposed to be threatening
I kinda liked Kylo Ren, too. I just think they made it too easy for the good guys to win. Hopefully he will become more of a threat in the next movies. I mean, he can mindread, he should become really badass, playing mindgames with the Jedi etc. If not, it would be a wasted opportunity for the sakes of making the movies more "family friendly".
I think Kylo got too used to be being OP against dudes with blasters. And modern stormtroopers had plenty of melee weapon training so it makes sense he could hold his own a bit against Kylo who still had a huuuuge wound from Chewie's big ass gun. And Rey could definitely hold her own because she was really skilled at weapon based combat. She kicked plenty of ass with that staff and she's clearly strong with the force.

- About the comparison to the Mongols: The mongol leaders actual…
Morbid Photographs #2
True - the mongols were pretty tolerant at times - but on the other hand Temüdschin aka Gengis Kahn / Dschingis Kahn exterminated entire cities without mercy too. And it is said that they might have caused the bubonic plague by throwing corpses of sick people over city walls.
And the other thin - Yes the Holocaust was very well organized. What did you expcet from the Germans ? And even thou i doubt a lot of numbers and stories of the Holocaust we must admit that some systematical killing and torture took place - But until the laws in my country are lifted and we are free to reevaluate the whole Holocaust and it#s terrors - we must trust in vague numbers and the true testimonies of the survivors of this cruel even will stay tainted by the liers and hoaxers that want to push the cruelty of the holocaust well out of proportion.
My family has a Holocaust survivor in it - KZ camp Dachau - and so we know that some things they say , ain't true. Othere are very true and disturbing.
And i just want to remind you that the killing and genocide of native american people in the north americas was on the same level as the holocaust to me.
We have a system that directed and ruled over people they deemed lesser humans.
They forced them into working camps or just * rserves * were they had to stay - wich was against their nature and culture.
Some of them have been murdered - some former big tribes have been exterminated
And white american people could torture and kill native americans without been punished in some areas.
The total number of the genocide of the native american people is massive compared to the modern day Shoah victims. If we take into account that the natives had less people and were by far harder to contain or catch.
The weapons ans system used to kill them off was smaller and older. Yet they managed to destroy the native culture to a certain degree. Today we could very well say that the traditions and culture of the northern american native peopel has ben damaged beyond repair.
Their rightful home has been taken away from them without any good reasons or right to do so. And most modern native americans still face racism and hate towards them.
All this was done very systematically and thoughtful - so i guess we can put this on the same level as the Holocaust -
This and :
> The way the U.K. ruled over India
> The colonial times of Belgium in africa
> Te colonial times of almost any other nation/empire in africa
>The treatment of the wild folk , native tribes during the roman empire 300 B.C. -- 200 A.C.
>The wars for Judea and Samaria - aka Palestine vs Isreal ( even if that is a lower case )
>The extermination and Betrayal of the Cossacks post WW2
> The starvation of the people of the Ukraine Pre- WW2
>The extermination of Carthage after the 146 B.C - were the Romans killed them all , burnt down an empire and salted the fields of old Carthage so nothing may ever grow on it's field again.
> The extermination of Peganism during the dark ages - as Christians slayed thousands and destroyed tribes and cultures from 400 A.C - 800 A.C
> The spanish Iquisition - forced jew's and muslims to leave or die - and did kill off several groups of them.
> The Witchhunt - * Hexenhammer * from 1500 - 1600 -
> The conquest of south america by the spanish Conquista - killed off thousands and destroyed the complete cultureal heritage of an entire group of natives. Followed by the systematically forced convertion to the Christian Religion or deportation , enslavement and execution of the * heathens *.
> The massmurder of different clans during the great wars of the Chinese empire - the unification wars and Dynasty wars. During this periods entire family clans numbering thousands have been killed off.
>The systematical sabotage and rape of africa , wich destroyed part of it's culture and led to a circle of never ending conflict - to benefit our financial needs.
And the list goes on ----
The amount of Natives who died in the Americas was atrocious, but the thing is it was over 300 years, and 90% of those who died died by the natural spread of disease they had absolutely no natural resistance to. Some historians even posit that the majority of Natives to die, died in before 1600, as epidemics brought by the Spaniards ravaged both north and south. Some books i have read estimated the pre-discovery populace to be at 100 million, and for there to be less than 20 million by the time the Pilgrims landed in New England.
The way the US government behaved after its establishment was pretty heinous, and many Americans recognize that (crazies asides). Andrew Jackson, who still is on our money, led a war against Florida's Natives, and authorized the Trail of Tears. There is much to be answered for, however as far as learning from the experiences of the Natives, it is tough to apply those lessons until we discover less developed Alien species somewhere. At the same time, it is important to remember that Europeans and the US wanted the land above all else, and while not caring for the lives of Natives, never were motivated by the goal of total extermination. The fact that many natives integrated and interbred with European colonists is a testament to the fact that greed was more important than hate, whereas people with even small amounts of traceable Jewish blood could be sentenced to the camps (unless they were Hitler or he had a use for them).
