No , but you need a good enough computer , nothing crazy , just good enough . And a GPU that allows multiple monitors.

Nah , ask anything you need. You don't need a different mouse , the second monitor works as an extension of the first one , the idea is setting them together and make a bigger monitor by using two. many modern games will stretch between the monitors , if you want to use them like that . and if you want to just play using one monitor and be on facebook or whatever on the other , it can be done too.

i know it seems really hard , but in reality is quite simple.

No , the game will take priority of the mouse , so you don't have to worry about that . now at this point I'm not really sure if this is correct , but i think that you would have to ALT + TAB to take control of the mouse and use it , pretty much the same way it works with a single monitor, again most people run multiple monitors to play the game in all of them.
in ATI gpu's it's called "eyefinity" .
