Restart your computer.
Use the "search for errors" tool ( I don't know what it's called in english).
The latter is really good and it works most of the time. It's just FJ who mocks it without reason. Why am I defending a repair tool

I fix mine all the time, it isn't permanent, but it helps for a few hours at least for me anyway. Unplug the power and disconnect the cable from the router, wait 20 seconds, then plug everything back in. Works 80% of the time with me.

Dammit, I can't do that at the location of my problem. At home nothing is weird, but always when I go to a local game shop called "Mad Hatter's" this happens. And only to a few computers connected to the internet, the rest will work fine.

Sounds like an issue with the settings on the computer then, not the router. Try restarting it (I know it's cliche, just work with me), and if that doesn't work, open IE, and when it fails to show the webpage, diagnose the problem (it has a tool for that), and it will tell you what's going on. Google it from there, and find the most trusted source you can, and fix it if you can.

I'll try the IE thing as much as it hurts me to even have IE on my laptop. Restarting never helps, I've done it several times.

Good luck, and one last thing, Microsoft has a nice little program called Microsoft Security Essentials, and it helps get rid of a good chunk of problems if it's virus related. It's entirely free. I'm not saying it will fix stuff, but hey, it's a start.
