but yes, you are more than correct. the site is maintained by the ads, not random users who think they are entitled or privileged or special. the people paying for their ads to be posted on FJ dont want their names seen on a "porn" site

its a simple rule to follow that years ago wasnt an issue. granted that years ago rolling random images didnt exist...but its the immature crowd saying "F' you, I do what i want" when being told porn isnt allowed outside of NSFW.

That's because the profiles can be seen publically, as an anon or anyone at all. Profiles are also OUTSIDE of the NSFW section where the NSFW pictures belong. Goddamn. Post it on NSFW and send them the damn link

And even if they ARE private (only friends can see the profiles) then it makes no difference, as the advertisers would still be concerned with the porn being on the places their ads are. They don't want that. And the only way to do that is to keep the ads out of NSFW and on the normal fj. It's a problem when the normal fj also contains NSFW

dont know if he did that or not, i just remember someone bitching about their profile was banned when the only porn they posted was on it, but it was public. he said it would be fine if it had been private. after he said that, people all over the thread said so as well. he also deleted a shitload of comments pertaining to that subject and banned the people who said anything about like me

Probably because it may have been okay had it been one profile, but if many people read it, they would all post porn on their profiles, creating a problem

most likely the reason, but no reason to ban everyone that did nothing wrong. plus, a lot of people had their profiles set for public(not sure if set for users or not) and it caused me to see a shitload of pony porn during roll threads, so i agree with them being banned because theyre assholes
