The irony of *"
As most of you may know, hasbro owns
all of the property rights for many
franchises, right now most notably MLP:
As I' m sure you know, MLP: Fim has
gained a remarkably large fanbase of
mostly males, the exact opposite target
audience the show was made for.
Now, you might be saying: "yeah, so
what," but here is where the irony comes
Hasbro also owns another
franchise that has become one of the
most (stereotypical) identifying factors of
I myself am an avid player of it, and
what one might find most shocking is
the fact that over half of the people in
my party are female. I kid you not.
Now, from this, I draw the conclusion
that our friends over at Hasbro either
have a severe problem with marketing
to the right audience, or they' re simply
wizards eerr... warlocks eerr...
sorcerers... you get what I mean. :P
Now for those of you who don' t like
ponies, you may leave now. For the
rest of you, I' m thinking about starting
up a little comic where everyone' s
favorite ponies partake in D& D, or as
what I' ll be calling it....
And yes, spike will be in it, too.
If the demand exists, I shall do this. If
not, then whatever.
