The dog obeys because it loves you, and it is willing to do for you as you ask, as any loving brother would do for his brother. It doesn't need a reason why outside of the reason that you ask.

Servility doesn't make you weak. In fact, the inferior creature is the one that refuses to do anything other than for its own immediate desires. Obedience is an equal trait to someone superior, given the situation. Joining something greater than your own ambitions often makes you greater than you could have ever hoped to be alone. That's why the dog is the superior in this situation, despite STD Cumcrap's forced narrative.
