It's not balanced. I don't even play it and I can see it's suffering from the usual Blizz thing of "We want to make a fun game full of cheese and bull----, but we also want that sweet sweet e-sport money.". It happens pretty much every time. Starcraft matches used to last between 3 minutes and 3 hours depending on the strategy the two players used, Hearthstone is literally all coin flips and Overwatch is full of bull----.

Overwatch is mostly Rock-Paper-Scissor balanced. There's just some heros that are less niche than, so they work better in more situations.
