Hey guys, so for once in my life I'm in control of what I eat, and I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow. I'm looking in to getting some good foods, right now on my list is **** loads of rice and chicken, and I figured I'd give spiralized vegetables (zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, etc) a shot as a replacement for pasta.
I'm going to be looking at walking 4-5 miles every day, and (attempting) to get to the gym 3 times a week for 2-2.5 hours.
Any suggestions on recipes or foods to buy?
