    Shameless Self-Congratulatory Post

    Howdy, fellow FJ fitness bros and gals.

    Despite a general uptick in my weight for the past few months, I finally had to punch a new hole in my belt because the last one got too loose. I owe this to gaining some marginal muscle while losing fat from doing much longer runs than I used to do. I also haven't drank any alcohol in over 3 months, so that probably has helped.

    This brings my current measurements to a weight of 170lbs/77kg, waist size 30"/76cm (inside of my belt measures 28"/71cm, they're not the same thing), and given my 5'10/178cm height, should bring my body fat percent to about 8% and my FFMI to about 22.3.

    Overall, I'm super psyched and I'm throwing modesty out the window right now because I have done a lot to get here. I used to be almost 210lbs/95 kg and slowly leaned out to where I am now while minimizing muscle loss, while also dumping some toxic ideas planted in me by the lifting community.

    App advice

    Hey God, it's me, Halfway.

    Ok so I've noticed my sugar intake has been skyrocketing back to old levels and you can't out train a bad diet and all that. Thing is I struggle with willpower and nature hates a void.

    So cringey as it sounds does anyone know any "visual progress" apps? Like, every day you complete, a tree grows a little taller or whatever just something for me to visualise a goal so I can get back off it. (I know I'm being over dramatic about sugar but I do struggle with cravings and confort eating)

    Bit long winded anything helps.
