This is a correction from last year's announcement where they boasted that the game had no NPC's. What do you guys think? Good? Bad? This could be seen as a general improvement of the game as it makes it less empty. On the other hand, they're basically going back on their word. Which isn't great when you're trying to build trust. They also have a free trial for Fallout 76 right now, if you wanna try out how bad it is.
