I think the real difference is batman is a human. He's got a fast car but still takes him time to get places. He also needs time to analyse on arrival. He needs every second. One second of conversation could be the difference between life and death.
Supe's doesn't have that problem. He can travel (and think) much faster.
I love Batman and have no love for superman but the fact remains we're comparing a human to a super powered alien

I love Jim and he's my favorite DC character because he's a helpful and competent human who acts believably. There's always the talks by Lex and Supes about how Batman is the symbol for how much a single human can make a difference, but I've never bought it, because he's such an outlier and a weirdo.

Jim is the real hero, and the real standard for how good a person can be.

Claire Temple is my favorite MCU character for the same reasons.

Does anyone else love Gordon as a character? This isn't the source of these images, but Batman: Year One is a ******* amazing comic that focuses on Gordon almost as much as Batman, and both are done very well. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the green faggot should have been killed by the bigger green faggot known as the Spectre. Unfortunate he's become a punching bag for the new villains to dispose of to show how tough they are...despite being the Judeo-Christian God's spirit of vengeance. What really makes no sense to me is...why does Batman keep sending Joker to Arkham Asylum? It's like a revolving door, with how many times the green faggot has escaped. The other thing that pisses me off about superheros..is when they save their villains. I understand not killing them, but you don't have to save evil people; especially psychotic killers.

I would love to see a Elseworlds comic book where Batman dies, and becomes the new Spirit of Vengeance; like Hal Jordan did after becoming Parallax in Zero Hour. "I am vengeance! I am the night! I am Batman!"

Yeah, pretty sure Gotham would turn a blind eye to him killing the Joker.
"Good riddance to bad rubbish" is how they most likely would see it.

Flash's group of enemies known as the Rogues are a great example of what to aspire to be. They know not to go to far with their evil shenanigans. As Dr.Cold replied "You never make it personal, and go after heroes loved one's or they will make it personal and kill you." I'm paraphrasing here.

Not batman's duty. He's a vigilante, outside the law. He's pretty much a criminal allowed by the police because the only crimes he does are breaking and entering, which has saved hundreds.

Batman captures the crooks for the law to handle. It's not his fault that Gotham chooses to leave the Joker Alive time after time.

To be fair The Joker has been arrested so many it's surprising he's never been sentenced to the death penalty. Especially when there's televised evidence of the **** he's done. Gotham's justice system kinda sucks. You don't necessarily have to kill him, but you do certainly have to lock him up somewhere where he can't communicate with any sentient being. Like just keep him in a white stainless steel room with constant surveillance on the outside of every possible angle and just use robot arms to feed the asshole.

The suppose "reason" they can't just let him have the death penalty is he pleads under insanity so they can't legally murder someone who is insane so he's somewhat protected by law despite how evil he is and how many people he killed or lives he destroyed. Which it's sad but true on the stupidness of the justice system.

I think this might be someone different, there's two T's in the totally for this account. Although from what I heard part of why he was banned in the first place was for using multiple accounts to try and make it look like he was the target of undue aggression so who knows.
