I came up with these in less than an hour, so they're a little rushed, I'll be making more tomorrow.
- A modern day utopia that watches over the rest of the world with a keen eye, the characters would be either working to overcome this force for a more free society, or with it to try and keep the world in peace and unity, at any cost.
The world would be a sort of cyber-punk type of world where only the farthest reaches of the planet would be rural, most of the show would be set in a city environment, each with it's own theme or ideology.
For example some would be more of a Norse-like environment with snow throughout the streets, and people wearing thick clothing, to the more desert-like areas of the middle-east, obviously one of the more rural areas, up to even space-stations that only the high-class and refugees, people who sneek onto the lift to get to these space-colonies for better opportunities, can reach.
The story would focus on one character and his or her closest friends, in the working against the utopia plot line they would be looking for more people to join their cause and fight back against the authoritarian regime, while in the working for plot line they would go around and attempt to top different groups and armies that are trying to challenge the High Council, and the world-wide democratic-republic.
- A tragic world filled with chaos after pollutants and everyday modern life's long term consequences come back to haunt the Earth in more than one way, characters would be either trying to help the world get back on it's metaphorical feet to look at a brighter future, with some challenges of course, or accept it and with a much darker story of people just trying to cope and accept the new world and make it through their lives.
The story would follow a single group of people focusing more on character and development than anything else, I WOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE GENERAL STORY TO FOCUS ON CHARACTER, simply just to say that the characters and the situations they are in are what would drive the story instead of a world's crisis or simple set-up such as, instead of receiving orders from their group leader to scavenge a bit of supplies and then it showing them just what they were told to do.
The world would have more of a feeling of despair at every corner that is kept on it's feet by the characters, plot lines would go more into helping a character grow from a fear, or diving into rivalries and such.
- A world broken by war in the past that had taken a tole on most of the world's resources, many places in the world are put into four factions, the Optimates and Populares, a faction that believes that the world should be held in more of a political way that focuses more on diplomatic attempts to bring the factions peacefully, their lands are incased in the East, a more lush forest-like area that the population uses for it's advantage in construction, and religious acts don't let this fool you however, if it comes to it their armies are still as formidable as the other three factions, and can resort to guerrilla warfare if needed.
The next faction is the Exusia Populi, a strict nation that believes in authoritiarianism, a land where the council's word is law and any who do not abide by it are to be banished into the Nex, a vast wasteland in the center of the continent, forever to be aone until the embrace of death shines upon them, they live in theplateus of the South, where they live atop and inside the plateaus, some are used as towers as others are used as homes.
The next faction is the Puissance, a faction that believes that war is the only answer to the problems that trouble the world, that by death the world will come to peace, and through that they will prosper, this faction is not afraid of death and every child is born with a role in mind, they are raised to do this role above all else and are nearly brainwashed into thinking that it is their only future, most are chosen to be soldiers while some are raised as politicians, miners, or craftsmen, this is for complete and total reliability of the workforce, so that when they are raised they are to be some of the most efficient in their field, whether it be what's needed for survival, or simple entertainment of the faction's citizens, they strive for nothing more than perfection, and domination.
The final faction is the Wissen, a faction that believes that through knowledge you can unlock the doors to unification, they will do anything to obtain this knowledge and while they are usually loners, they will go to the corners of the planet to obtain the items needed for research, because of this the strongest of them are the ones to wield the weapons, as the others are scientists striving to make the world a better place through the sciences. Whether it takes a pen or a sword, they will obtain their absolute knowledge
The story would be told through four viewpoints of four different groups of people, each from one of the four factions and bringing a different viewpoint to the story, it would follow different groups as the episodes went on, in orders that are more based around what is happening to which group. This means that there will be multiple characters to work through and thorough development of relationships, ideologies, and viewpoints of each individual group and/or character.
Keep in mind these are meant to be either animated or comic-based, not live-action.
