As a rule of thumb, Crunchyroll is your last resort.
The subs are sub par because they localise everything, basically they remove honorifics and translate everythin in order to remove as much japanese as you can. Think like in pokemon where they eat donuts instead of riceballs.

I dunno, I've watched some subs on Crunchyroll and they seemed fine. Kill La Kill sub referred to lots of Japanese stuff, particularly food, that I had no idea what it was.

My main grippe with crunchy roll is how they put the first name of the character that is getting refered too even though you clearly hear them being called by their last name.

It honestly makes some scene very confusing. Anyways, pick whatever you like. If you like Crunchyroll subs go ahead, I mean, its decent subs just not great but you'd be better off getting used to fansubs imo.

Most of the time I just use HorribleSubs because they rip the episodes straight from Crunchyroll. So I have no idea about the others.

Is the anime at all like the manga? I didn't think they'd be able to show the most lewd parts...like the lesbian scene or blatant nudity.

Even without the fanservice, which is hilariously over the top, i think the manga itself is actually really good, like it's ****** up (especially andre in the most recent chapters) but it's a good read
