I'm pretty sure Goodwill will give you an outfit if it's for something like that.
I know there's a barber in my town that gives people free haircuts if they need it for a job interview.

Unfortunately Goodwill doesn't really, last I heard they are 100% profit business (they take in free stuff, store it and sell). But other thrift stores do help out others, local ones primarily.
