Then when the rape kit came back negative she changed her story to that I beat my daughter. Of course, the ******* asshole/cunt police are taking their sweet ass time investigating and the court wont allow me to see my kids, even supervised, while there is an investigation. The police have been trying to interview my daughter but my ex is not allowing it saying that my daughter is too unstable to be interviewed and the ******** police are somehow falling for it.

I think the detectives need to go back to watching ******* blues clues.

What she's doing profiles as psychological abuse since she's isolating her daughter socially. And since it's being perpetrated against a child it's most likely going to be categorized as child abuse.

Optimistically, what might be happening is the police might be building a case against her for making false statements and for psychologically abusing her child. Might also get got on libel, considering what she's saying about you could easily have profound impacts on your social and professional lives.

Worst case, it takes a long time for this to sort itself out and you're presented with an unlosable case against her, granting you the ability to pull money out of her wallet as compensation for damages which you can then use to fund lavish vacation time for you and your daughters. Disney n ****, ya know?

Curious, where would you go if you had a third of your ex's income to use to fund a vacation for you and your daughters?

I'd argue that a psychiatrist should be brought in to talk to your daughters. Unstable or not, child psychiatrists are trained to talk with children who are the victims of abuse and they should be able to offer an expert opinion on whether there are any mental signs of abuse or not.

I would argue that a child psychologist would be more appropriate though as a psychology major I am slightly biased, I am also in a position to be very clear on the difference between the two . Psychiatrists are medical doctors who take a psych rotation and stick with it. They are trained primarily as medical doctors and most psych training is done late in their training. Whereas a practicing clinical child psychologist has spent their entire education learning about psychology, and specializing in clinical child psychology - that is at least 8 years of schooling in psychology in general, and at least 4 specializing in clinical and child psychology. While an experienced psychiatrist can be very good, given the same level of experience the psychologist is going to be way more educated in their field. Other than that, the primary difference is whether or not you require a script - which clinical psychologists are going to be able to do way more of soon

I agree with the general pettiness - I had a similar argument yesterday, where I laied open my position, narrowed down a bit here:

While I think men and women are generally just as ****** as each other, men in general look for direct competition, while women usually will choose to not openly compete, but manipulate in the background.
There are of course tons of exceptions to this general behavioral pattern, but I'd agree that women would choose the way of legal action by manipulation more often than men, would however still want to be safe against anyone, regardless of gender.

You might disagree with me, which is your right to do, this is just my opinion, and observation of humanity as a whole.

actually I do know and have known lots of girls who would play games with me for hours, with very similar interests to mine, sometimes even more masculine interests than me - but who would still show mostly signs of typical female behavior as opposed to male.

Like the one hardcore raiding guild in wow I was a part of years ago, where we were a legit top 150 world raiding guild with half the raidgroup being female.

That is the one thing i despise about America is all it's pro mother horse ****, I was abused psychologically, mentally, and physically. My father had no clue my step-mom was doing this.
