Because It's based on the light novel and the author wanted fans to experience what it is like for a new world to see such powerful beings such as Ainz and the floor guardians, the anime is way too fast paste to properly display it, they cut several big things things that made it much better, as well as massively sped up the fight scenes like they did with Iguva-41, during their fight you could almost feel their level of desperation.

And as much as I'd hate to say this, you are probably going HATE the rest of the coming episodes Because Spoils: It will focus on Climb the super shounen,
Tsuare saba's new love interest and brain the homosexual nihilist, but will also focus on Sebas being a badass and blue rose vs Entoma (And it will actually be a challenging fight) while also hopefully the demonic disturbance with demi-goose playing demon king
