I only get cravings now when I'm bored or agitated, but I just get a drink or chew some gum. Reduced my junk food intake significantly, but not completely. Same with soda. Working towards a sustained low-carb / mid-fat / high-protein diet. Haven't started exercising yet. I need to though: just did my annual pack test (which for us consists of running/jogging/walking two miles in 30 minutes while carrying a 50lb pack), and cleared it with only a minute to spare. That's a three minute loss from last year, and I was pretty winded this time. Guess that's what I get for being lazy; time to shape up.
