not sure what new thing I can put down today, just followed my usual routine for the most part.
I went out and got some more fuit and low cal stuff in, picking up some plums, sharron fruit, oranges and bananas. Got some necessities in as well.
Got myself a Subway sandwich for lunch, turkey and ham with lettice, cucumber, peppers and red onion with sweet onion sauce. Toasted but no cheese. So it's probably around 300 cals.
Found and tried a new flavour of kitkat chunkey I like, which came in around 165 cals.
Woke up late so didn't bother with breakfast.
Had a 100 cal bar for a snack after my afternoon walk and have been drinking water, except for the 1 cup of Pepsi Max cherry I had with my sandwich, which at 250ml is a MASSIVE 2 calories (My diet is totally ruined).
Having bolognaise for dinner tonight, made from Turkey mince with les than 7% fat.
So far I'm less than 900 calories, which is fine and leaves me room to fully enjoy my dinner tonight.
Tomorrow I'll be making Fajita's with chicken thigh meat, peppers, mushrooms, red onion and a bit of rice to pad it out.
Thinking of going to cinema tomorrow so might make that my cheat day instead of Friday. catch a few movies and enjoy something good to eat.
