Doing good so far, just got back from my hour long walk (just in time, it’s starting to rain). And with breakfast and lunch combined I’ve eaten around 1023 calories so far
I head a breakfast bar, an apple, a yoghurt and some orange juice for breakfast
For lunch I had a 100 calorie bar, a packet of crisps, some fruit and a pork, cheese and pickle pie which was 352 calories. The biggest intake of the day so far.
For dinner I’m having my home made chilli, made with turkey mince with less than 7% fat, as it said on the packet. Throwing in some mushrooms and a red onion, plenty of herbs and spices (my own recipe, is a secret)
And since I had rice with the vegetarian Thai curry i made last night, tonight I’ll be cooking up some fries on the side. I’ll only be having a small amount of fries so carbs won’t be much of a problem.
Don’t know how many calories the chilli will give me, but since it low fat turkey mince I doubt it’ll break my 1500 calorie limit.
