May have gone a bit big for my lunch, but I think I’ll be fine calorie wise.
Had some chicken, an egg, red pepper hummus, some cheese and rocket salad sandwich for lunch, so you can see why I say I went big, but I’ve just had a low cal diet turkey and corgette burger for my dinner, is always tasty but as they say in parks and Rec

Homemade food is great, but sometimes I really want to just get something from Taco Bell or Burger King, Hell I cant tell you how much I want 5 Guys burgers at least once a week.
But I want to loose weight and it really falls onto me to get it done. There’s no excuses and no one else’s to blame if I fail.
I admit to eating some chocolate earlier, and right now I’m enjoying a can of blueberry and lime kopparberg cider, I’m sure at 4.0% it’s jam packed full of calories and I’ve asked all my effort this week.
Maybe I need to find something new to occupy my mind, videogames, TV and porn can only do so much.
