My refusal to shut the ---- up is why I have a job and why my customers prefer me over the other techs.
Other techs will see ---- and stay silent letting it happen again and again and again because "not my job".
All you gotta do is speak up "Why are we still doing it this way? There are clear fixes available" and all of a sudden the customers think yuo are a ----ing demigod
