So i've been thinking allot about learning a.i's role in advertising and realised something that was pretty unsettling, essentially most companies use learning a.i to track what you do, how you do it, why you do it, when you do it, whatever it is you are doing, for the sake of learning how to keep your attention better, and the more you use tech that has learning a.i in it, the better it understands how to keep you focused on the screen. What's creepy is after awhile it learns what makes you sad, happy, mad, scared, all that, and what to show you and when to show you it. Which basically means in the beginning you were using the tech, you know what all the buttons do, and why they do what they do. But as time goes on the tech starts using you, it knows what buttons to press to get you to do what it is made to get you to do. Use your tech long enough, and eventually it will learn how to use you. How long until you want to put your phone down and your phone decides it wants to use you a little longer?
