1. Stand your ground applies to the outside (public) you have no duty to retreat if someone is ******* with you and you're obeying the law.

2. Perhaps what you're thinking of is "Castle Doctrine"? That allows for self-defense inside someone's home. Will he actually spend the time living in it while this whole thing goes down?

Said capture teams would have to be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the flag was set up for the sake of invitation for capture, otherwise Shia would have more than a reasonable right to claim that people were illegally invading his property for the sake of illicit activity. The capture team would be conducting a home invasion.

Actually I agree. He could had just put up the flag in a closed room, but he always gives out some information (for the cabin one, the information that he was going Finland Lapland helped narrow it down to 3000 cabin in Lapland instead of every possible one in the world, 4chan then only had to cross checked the furniture and the wood type of the walls to find him which was pretty impressive in its way).

Even in this one he took a picture for twitter which served as a lead of a sort to help narrow the area, and the flag being in front of the window does give away the time of the place since it's a constant livestream. I honestly think he leaves some leeway so people can actually find it instead of sticking it in a random closet.

To be honest though, laws are a fluid thing.
In Belgium it's perfectly legal to cross the street if there are no crossings provided it is safe to do so.
In America that's considered jaywalking.

Laws and rules differ from place per place. What is legal to one can be illegal to another.

But if you think that breaking the law is automatically a horrid thing (like anon does there), you're an idiot.
I once blocked off a street and diverted traffic from it to make it easier for an ambulance to reach our work site, where a colleague had fallen off a ladder and was bleeding profusely, had broken several ribs, his wrist, had a deep gash on his forehead, and was obviously in shock.
I broke the law, and gained the medics perhaps as much as a minute to reach him.

Common sense is a beautiful thing. Shame so few people on the internet can make proper use of it. Collateral damage to society is another one. Which is a major point of difference between the game with Shia (people from the museum annoyed and bothered for a short tim) and people blocking a road and scaring the crap out of people who are using it, forcing everyone to lose a significant amount of their time and force them to make major detours.

anyway, if any side commits a crime that I can find funny I can appreciate it so long as people aren't being hurt and there isn't excessive property damage

But what's more troubling is it seems like you have the thought that all crimes are equivalently immoral, which I find heavily contestable. As a basic example, raping a baby to death is more immoral than stealing bread to feed yourself and your family. First, you decided to use vague and undefined terms. This seems to show dishonesty if you won't even say something like "the left" or something of a similarly broad term. It's suggesting any example I defy will just be decided to "not be the term" later on, i.e. I say "well AntiFa is beating the **** out of people and causing excessive property damage" it will be responded with that AntiFa isn't who you are talking about.
