Following the a spectacular crash of Charles LeClerc into the barriers at Parabolica - ending Ferrari's weekend at Monza -, the race was red flagged as they needed to repair the tyre barriers for it to be safe.
Moments before the crash, Kevin Magnussen had to retire due to mechanical issues and stopped his car near the pit lane entrance past Parabolica, causing FIA to close the Pits until it was clear.
