I actually heard that ''I used to be an adventurer like
yeu. Until I took an arrow to the knee." is a Nerd
proverb that actually means, that he got married. You
take a knee when ever you propose to someone.
Therefore he took a knee. And regretted it (most likely)
by saying ''I took an arrow to the knee" So yeaha-.
