After running speedtests to nearby states during this pandemic it seems as though my ISP (cox communications) is struggling with upload speeds. What is normally 300mb down, 30mb/s has degraded to 130mb down, 2mb/s up while connecting to servers 1 state away (Arizona -> California)

Anyone else suffering from degrading speeds?
