My prized possession this season, I have missed class swords for a while, the titan class sword can roll with Whirlwind Blade which makes it BiS [Best in Slot] combined with Lucent Blade and the artifact mod for this season Breach and Clear I feel like a charged with light sword/grenade launcher build will be one of the strongest PvE builds (Grandmaster not included.) for Titans especially if you roll solo.
Chroma rush feels really good to use inside of crucible right now, despite a 1 DMG buff to precision frame auto rifles this rapid-fire feels sticky, and moving-target catches a lot of folks off guard when you're running and gunning. I recommend getting Thresh in the second perk slot for PvP or Kill-Clip.
I have mained grenade launchers for the past two seasons as I feel, it's one of the better counters to this very aggressive meta we have where people are just flying at you at Mach 10 it forces people to play their range, understandably there is a stigma about using GLs inside of the crucible but I feel like those folks haven't ran them to see where their flaws are, easily punished close range and you only got one grenade to work with before reloading anyway, Spike Grenades will be one of the best traits you can obtain for PvP and I would attempt to grab a roll with Demolitionist, Thresh, or Vorpal Weapon in the second perk slot.
I have a video coming up soon where I explain how to use grenade launchers inside of PvP with the intent to help players COUNTER the playstyle, I'm one of the quirky players that feel like everything should have their place in the meta and it's cool how these lightweight frames are getting their time to shine in a season where we have new grenade launchers, and launcher mods.
This is one of my favorites so far this season and I would use this over Salvager's Salvo inside of PvP/PvE Try to get both Spike Grenades for PvP and Blinding Grenades for PvE (this will be important for Grandmasters.) and grab Auto-Loading Holster and Thresh for a balanced PvEPvP roll.
I do not like 180 hand cannons but this kinetic feels like Trust on steroids it doesn't feel weighty because it is a 180, and there are not too many chances for error if you use this in competitive PvP it's a consistent 3 tap and for PvE where this season we will have overload hand cannons I feel 180s will be better suited for the task. For PvP, I recommend Killing Wind and for PvE I recommend Frenzy
We got another rapid-fire pulse this season!
Gridskipper will slay inside of competitive PvP this gun does not quit for nothin'. My only qualm is that the recoil feels very unstable but if you learn how to manage it this will be one of the better pulses to use in the crucible.
Another slug shotgun. Good in PvE right now, get a damage roll and assault mag. Moving on.
I do not like this archetype of sidearm inside of PvE but with Frenzy, it has a fighting chance combined with Full Auto Trigger System it fires like an SMG with close range shut down of a sidearm very good.
The Number is a reprised Future War Cult weapon it feels good to use with the new precision auto rifle buff this season and there's something I like about the Omolon auto rifles they just feel sticky.
Hope the grind is going well everyone! Show me your favorite rolls, and I always love to hear feedback about the seasonal grind.
