Happy Thanksgiving from JapanhungryfishRank: #4146BlocksBlocks prevnext Prev Next Happy Thanksgiving everyone. My family and I moved to Japan this last July and have been having an amazing time. However we have been missing home and family a lot and I feel like we will miss them more and more as the holidays go on. Thanksgiving was yesterday for us and we managed to get together some familiar ingredients for Thanksgiving dinner (had to use chicken, still delicious though). We couldn't find a pumpkin pie, but a cheesecake was nice too. My wife made Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and broccoli and cheese casserole. I'm lucky she is so good at cooking. I just want to say how thankful for my wife, my daughter, and my whole family. I. Thankful that I have such a loving and warm family too. I know a lot of people out there can't say the same... I am also thankful for this opportunity to experience another culture. I know it is a once in a lifetime kind of opportunity. Please say what you are thankful for too. (Here is a picture of our dinner last night. It was delicious) Happy Thanksgiving! Thank you for reading. prevnext +33 -Favorite +Favorite Unblock User's Content Block User's Content
