Next milestone is 197 lbs, will put me at overweight, and not obese. Honestly, I think with muscle mass considered, I'm not obese anymore already, but that's narcissistic and cheating, so still a fat ****.

Week two verification!
Ok guys, I'm no longer Obese, as far as the BMI Goes! I've also lost around 15 pounds, around a pound a day. I actually started closer to 219 than 210, but had lost a bit before I committed. I'm Excited, not being obese was a big (heh) Goal for me! Lets keep going, and see where we land!
Okay, Here's this- It's a chart of exercises with bodyweight you can do on your own! It needs little, if any equipment, and is more effective the heavier you are.
