I've figured out how to develop the "flaming red eye" from Goblin Slayer for your cosplay. Use a red LED(worn over a cardboard eyepatch to avoid harming your eye), and then use a nicotine-less vape pen(or a portable fog magine) to let out steam from the same outlet as the LED. By combining both together, it will create a convincing red flame!
