December 2020 weight logtsaguRank: #833BlocksBlocks prevnext Prev Next Been a long year, hasn't it? This month, my weight has not decreased. I've hit a plateau that I now need to break through. I have started going to the gym about a month ago now, 3 times a week with rotating exercises for upper, lower and final day in a general all over. Some of it does involve weights, so I am expecting to see slower actual weight loss, but effectively see less fat on my body as muscle takes shape. I'll make it through this, and for everybody else struggling or looking to start the journey, I wish you the best of luck.
