Creatine usage?anonymousRank: #643 random, fitness, random-stuffBlocksBlocks prevnext Prev Next I've been on a lucky streak lately and decided that to keep it going I should try and improve myself. So I've cut most carbs out of my diet, haven't eaten sweets in ages, and started exercising more, usually light weight lifting and a daily walk. I was talking with some friends and was recommended to take some kind of creatine supplement for two reasons: Muscle building and apparently some evidence showing cognitive benefits. I want to give it a chance, and was wondering if any of you could point me in the right direction. What should I be looking for? What should I avoid? Cognitive goals aside, I primarily have two vague fitness goals. I want to be able to use my body as an art reference, and I want the functional strength to carry my boyfriend. I would also appreciate any fitness tips for a guy mostly exercising at home with a barbell or dumbbells as his only equipment. prevnext +7 -Favorite +Favorite Unblock User's Content Block User's Content Sub/Block Channels random:UploadUnblockBlockSubUnsubsubs: 2 fitness:UploadUnblockBlockSubUnsubsubs: 67 random-stuff:UploadUnblockBlockSubUnsubsubs: 147
