So this month was a big one for me. I finally turned 30 back on the fifth. I decided on that day, all bets were off. Treated myself to a few beers, good food and my favorite, German chocolate cake. I was expecting to struggle dropping weight, but I'm glad I was able to push back on track and drop a few pounds from my last weigh in.
