If I was in that class, I would have given that guy a standing ovation, shame on all the kids who did nothing while he stood up for their education, he deserves so much better than that class and those peers

That hair... But seriously, he does have a very good point, there should be more people who are brave enough to stand up for their right to a god education. Luckily I had teachers who care, some people are not so fortunate and need a voice. This guy.

I hope this goes viral.

Inspirational.

I would have done packets with ******* pleasure just because most teachers just blather on and on about whatever crap, but I never once really cared.

I just found my **** to give.

Jeff Bliss criticized her for freaking out on kids who didn't get the classroom material in her World History class. Jeff Bliss told reporters the altercation occurred when he questioned the teacher about why his class didn't have more time to prepare for the STAAR examination.

After a verbal exchange, Phung told him to stop complaining and to leave her class. That's when Bliss's classmate began recording this viral video. In it, Jeff Bliss unloads on his teacher's style of instruction — specifically critical of her passing out worksheets rather than engaging the class in fruitful discussions.

Jeff Bliss' mother is a teacher at another large district in North Texas. The 18-year-old is currently a sophomore because he dropped out of school for a year. Only then did he discover the value of education.

"What I soon realized is without that education I'm not going to make any steps forward into my future," he said.

Jeff Bliss didn't know a fellow classmate recorded his rant, but he's not embarrassed. The school's principal requested a meeting with him on Thursday to discuss what happened but so far, Jeff Bliss has not been reprimanded.

For those of you who are interested, there are four levels that a teacher can be at, but not many of them get past the first two, the level that this woman is at is the one where most teachers get stuck, and that's the second level known as Survival, where they are just trying to make it through the year with packets and work sheets along with lecture. The First level a teacher will go through is called Fantasy, where they are just starting out and want to be everyone's friend and want to be known as the "nice teacher" though their intentions are good, not much is learned. The third level is Mastery where they now know what they're doing, they can create fun activities that are also educational and they can teach towards a lot of different learning styles. The final level is Impact, where as the name says, they make an impact on their students lives both inside and outside of the classroom, they can inspire their kids to do great things and can help their students self esteem greatly. Anyway, everyone has probably had at least one teacher who has fit into each level mentioned above, most of them are going to go into the survival one though, because like stated before, not many teachers make it past that level, which is a shame.
