I like how the guy who turns on the second fan takes his time. He's all, "steady now, don't wanna overdo it. You know how these fans get."

The plane is getting blowed by two fans

In theory it could be possible, but at 0:57 when it falls, it's clear -at least to me- that is couldn't be real because it stayed in a non-aerodynamic position for a while.

but I could be wrong.

The worst thing about this isn't that it's fake, but how shoddy that paper aeroplane actually is. Seriously it's ******* awful.
User avatar #23 to #22 - rockntroll (12/15/2012) [-]
Probably as bad as that sentence now I've decided to reread it.
#24 to #23 - anon (12/15/2012) [-]
But it IS fake. Unless the polarity of the aft fan has been reversed, there's no way to hold the aircraft up as the airflow is not able to either provide Bernoullian lift or simply lift from the angle of attack of the wing.

bottom of screen near left fan, clouds dont line up. therefore, two vids, this is fake

Its not that hard to believe, honestly, you can do something similar with a ping-pong ball if you think it is fake. Tilt your head back, put the ping pong ball directly above your mouth, give it a nice and constant stream of air and let go. The ball will hover for as long as you keep blowing. The moving air is lower pressure, so it cant get tossed off to the side.

It's fake, by the way
User avatar #20 - CloseEnough (12/15/2012) [-]
Are you all serious ?
This is old as **** and it's not physics, it's too threads tied to each fan, and you just put the plane's wings on the threads to make it look like it's hovering !

User avatar #16 - mrgoodbunny (12/15/2012) [-]
In america it's pronounced "Hover."
