If cat's can do that, why haven't we trained them to speak english yet?

With their IQ, they'd be unstoppable

That's actually pretty cool that he's teaching the infant both Spanish and English at the same time. Very smart.

Well, how else are we to begin training super-intelligent babies?

No seriously, raising a child in a Bi/Multi-lingual household is one of the best decisions you can make.

A lot of people do, especially in countries that most people speak English as well.
My girlfriend and her family were born in Philipines and her brother has a young son (around 18 months I think) and they speak both Tagalog and English to him and he understands.
