I hit the gym 4 to 5 times a week and these stereotypes are so true.

I think I'm a combination of the meathead and the coach, I sometimes give other people people a quick advice.
Most people know very little or practically nothing about what it is that makes you gain strength and/or mass, they don't even have a clue about the basics.
I see people coming to the gym like 3 times and over the course of many weeks or months I see them barely improve, that is such a wasted time and effort.
They could drastically change results if they'd alter a few things, so sometimes I can not help myself to give others advice.

I've gained over 60 pounds of muscle all natural and on a vegitarian diet (no meat, no fish, no eggs) within 2½ years,
so at least that helps to add to my credibility and prove that I know what I'm doing.

But then again, I can imagine people find it annoying other people give them unasked advice.
I think I'll stop doing it altogether.
