Getting a 3DS today, any recommendations for games? (I'm getting it with the new Fire Emblem and Animal Crossing games, so there's no need to mention them.)

Have you considered getting the smash bros game when its released? I played the one for gamecube, memories. I think they're making a remake of a Legend of zelda game for the 3ds, if you like the genre you should consider that.

Sticker Star is a bit too easy and it lacks depth compared to the fun adventures of the previous 3

It made little sense to me.
Thousand Year Door made too much sense for my brain to handle, but was still way better.

Super Paper Mario is VERY dark for a Mario game no less. Dimentio grounds between a wacky clown to a extremely ultraviolent sociopath

We were one mishap away from "Ellen Lied"

How do you think little kids reacted when they went from LoZ OoT to Majora's Mask?

I think they stopped playing because the whole "Time Period of 72 Hours" and the excessive usage of masks wasn't as fun as poking things with your sword. When they got a lot older they probably enjoyed it but it does have flaws. There is a LOT of waiting in this game hence why 70% of the game is Side Quests in the form of Mini games while the plot is the remaining 30% Also the quick save feature is less from perfect. This is even more apparent if you bought the Gamecube port where you can access ALL of the glitches from the Japanese version of the game for the N64

The big difference between Majora's Mask and Super Paper Mario is that Majora's Mask is filled with disturbing imagry. It's meant to rape your comfort zone throughout the game. Super Paper Mario is a cock slap once you reach world 7 and you realize how fucking horrifying of a character Dimentio is.

There are 8-Worlds in Super Paper Mario. World's One-Six follow typical Paper Mario formula. Bad Guy sends an overpowered goonie to traumatize said world you gotta go beat him up and make him regret picking a fight with the main protagonist. However you also gotta remember that the world you are trying to save is slowly getting sucked into a ball of anti-matter and collapsing into itself. When you get to World 7 which is a samurai themed world the wormhole is accelerating at a breakneck pace which eventually compounds on itself and DESTROYS EVERYTHING

EVERYONE DIES! In fact 60 seconds before everyone in World 7 dies you can see some people crying and begging for mercy. others are laughing hysterically outta pure madness. World 7 becomes a blank desolate crater where Dimentio taunts you for not saving everyone in time

"The famous mario...once thought to be invincible. Couldn't prevent the inevitable. Oh Did I touch a nerve? You must be very angry cross with me right now." Then with a snap of his fingers he sends you to the video game equivalent of hell called "The Under Where"
