Some people do genuinely struggle finding jobs. My brother spent 2 years trying to get a steady job.

One company went under and he lost the job after 3 months. One place forced him to sign a zero hour contract, so he would only get paid if he was called into work- and they only called him in every few weeks.

There were loads of different situations, and some people like him do just get unlucky and find it hard. But nobody ever got anywhere by giving up that easy, know what I'm saying? He's working in a call centre now, and fingers crossed this one is one he can hold for a while. So it will work out with a little perseverance.

I've applied for jobs left, right and centre. Talking about maybe 15-20 average every month. Apparently my CV and application filling skills are fine. I've not heard a word from any of them.
I applied for a job in a call centre about two weeks ago (My sister works there and she's also putting a referral in). Still no work a fortnight later. I live away from the cities in Wales so there's not like I have choices in the types of jobs.
There are still a lot of people with a lot more experience than me getting laid off all around where I live.
I'm not going to be chosen for any job as long as anyone else (that got laid off) are also applying for those jobs.
After almost 2 years (2 years in 2 months) of this crap I really do feel like "Giving up that easy". It feels almost impossible for me right now.
I've been told to move to South England as there are jobs there... Problem is I need a job to facilitate payment to be able to find a job there... And the cycle continues (I could go on about I can't get a job that requires driving without getting a job to pay for me being able to learn to drive (Or a job to pay for my teaching of skills needed to open up more jobs)).
This isn't just me around here either... Like you said, some people do genuinely struggle finding jobs.
Sorry about this post, it came out longer than I wanted it to be... I just really would like a job.

Yeah bruh. I'm on the same page as you though. Even if its minimum wage, low income > no income. Hell, if I, a 16 year old with little experience can get a job, anyone can.
