Oh. I wasn't expecting a reply. Well, it's nice of you to reply. So, what's up?
#4 to #3 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
Nothing much, just sitting here browsing FJ. How about you?
#5 to #4 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Ah.The same as you. Just chilling. I am just tired from work and such. You know that feeling? It's Friday, but you still have work to do tomorrow?
#6 to #5 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
Not really.
#7 to #6 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Someday you'll understand, it'll happen. Well, how has your day been,? (If you don't mind me asking. Not trying to be a stalker or a creeper. Not within my nature of doing so).
#8 to #7 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
It's cool. Overall, I'd say it was pretty good. How was yours?
#9 to #8 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Haha, okay. That's good. My day was fine, normal as always. I'm glad it's Friday thought, it's been a long hard week filled with assessments and such things. What about you? Do anything fun today?
#10 to #9 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
There wasn't really anything out of the ordinary today. I just had to start writing an essay about European colonization in America.
#11 to #10 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Ah. You're doing similar history to us. What era are you looking at? Around 1400s-1600s?
#12 to #11 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
Pretty much.
#13 to #12 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Dang. That's cool. Have you studied the Ming Dynasty, Mongols, Russian civilization forming and power control of the Ottomans vs. Europeans?
#28 to #13 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
That's pretty impressive. I can remember most of them, but it would take a small miracle for me to be able to put them all in the right place.
#29 to #28 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
It's not easy trying to put them in the right place. It just takes a lot of memorization. I think my favorite element is cesium. It is radioactive and looks amazing when it combusts. What's your favorite element?
#30 to #29 - yacchatta (09/22/2013) [-]
My favorite is Potassium. The the way it reacts to other elements is pretty amazing. It's necessary for human life, so there's that, too.
#31 to #30 - lovecranes (09/22/2013) [-]
Not bad not bad. I see we are both into alkaline and alkaline earth metals? Haha. Have you done a lot of chemistry before?
#32 to #31 - yacchatta (09/22/2013) [-]
I wouldn't say a lot, but enough to have decent knowledge in the subject.
#33 to #32 - lovecranes (09/22/2013) [-]
That's adequate. As long as you know something, it's all good.
#14 to #13 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
No, we're just doing American history this year.
#15 to #14 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Oh I see. We are doing world modern history starting from the Renaissance. What textbook are you using?
#22 to #15 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
I'm pretty sure we'll be doing some chemistry throughout the year.
#23 to #22 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Which do you prefer? Chemistry, physics, or biology? I personally love biology.
#24 to #23 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
I prefer chemistry the most.
#25 to #24 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
What about chemistry? Chemical bonding? The Periodic Table? I love the Periodic Table.
#26 to #25 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
The Periodic Table is what makes me love it. If it weren't for that, I probably would've failed the chemistry unit.
#27 to #26 - lovecranes
(09/21/2013) [-]
The Periodic Table is a helpful tool for sure. I used to be able to memorize and repeat the entire table in order from start to finish. I kind of forgot some of it now. At least we still use it in biology though.
#16 to #15 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
I don't really know. The textbooks we have skip a ton of information, so our teacher just makes PowerPoint presentations to teach us.
#17 to #16 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
Ah. I see. Do you like taking notes or just highlighting? Does your textbook have lots of images and thinking questions along with end of chapter assessment?
#18 to #17 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
The only time we ever actually bring out our textbooks are to look for vocabulary words, so I wouldn't know. And I actually hate highlighting things. There's just something about it that I can't stand.
#19 to #18 - lovecranes (09/21/2013) [-]
I feel the same way. I much prefer taking notes amd writing or typing every everything out. What are you doing in science?
#20 to #19 - yacchatta (09/21/2013) [-]
We're just going over the scientific method and lab safety. It's nothing I haven't learnt already.
#21 to #20 - lovecranes
(09/21/2013) [-]
Oh I see. Iassume you will be doing chemistry?
