But sitting over long periods of time will fuck up your spine. standing correctly will strengther your posterior chain and hip flexors. Humans were created to use their core throughout the entire day as we didnt have chairs 200 000 years ago.

no movement* fucks up your knees. doesnt matter if standing, sitting or lying. but simply by not bending your knees frequently by activities like walking around, will fuck up your knees.
