I agree with you brother, all I'm saying is that you really can eat healthy on a low budget. It's not a valid excuse to get fat and/or be unhealthy.

Hello, and thank you for summoning me.
The one problem of trying to eat healthy on a low budget, is like one stated above, baby carrots can be bought for the same prices of dorittos in SOME places, while dorritos cost the same nevertheless.
Eating healthy being expensive is actually a valid excuse, but only for lazy motherfucking amelikans

It is outrageous to me. But using it as an excuse to sacrifice your health is even more so.

im not talking about me sacrificing my health i eat healthy for fucks sake. my family is well off so i can eat healthy food. some people work for minimum wage and simply cannot afford to eat healthy food. thats not an excuse to be fat its just a problem with the economy. 24 cans of soda should not cost the same as 12 apples that's fucking nuts

Baby carrots: $3.48
~12 Apples: $4.97
Salad Mix: $3.28

Doritos: $3.98
Nutella: $6.42

These are all straight off of the Wal-mart website.

As far as drinks go, save up for a week and buy a water bottle. That way you can bring your tap water with you and you won't have to make bad excuses anymore.

Tap water costs less than soda. Baby carrots are roughly the same price as Doritos if you shop in the right places. A bag of frozen fruit is around the same price per serving as ice cream.

I'm American, and I take pride in being healthy and eating right. I'm sick of the rest of my country making me look bad because they're too lazy and weak-willed to improve themselves.

im 6'3 " 135 pounds im the complete opposite of fat . what im tired of is the fact that most fruits and vegetables are more expensive then junk food and soda and the fact that when im out in public there are little to no places to get healthy food. when i walk into a drug store i could buy a mt dew which is 2 dollars or i could buy a naked fruit smoothie which is 4 dollars. too me that's wrong. stop generalizing me and telling me im a lazy fuck for bringing up the fact that junk food is cheaper then healthy food, because it is
