well you are not even a big weight, i weigh exactly 13 st, about 180 pounds, whihc for my height is roughly avg.
Ok i get you about the whole nervous and neighbour things, same for the gym. But believe me, in a gym nobody is judging you! I ask people if they can spot for me on the bench, or if they can show me how to use a machine. Try looking for a gym which is mainly male. Males are less judgmental.
Also yes you can drink some fruit juices, but just check they are not full of sugar. Also tip: if something says it is low in fat or sugar, it means it has a serious amount of chemicals added to it so it tastes nice!
You are cutting back on the amount of food you eat, that can also lead to some weight gain. You should eat when you are hungry but make it small portions and healthy stuff! You will notice you will be less hungry and feel fuller and have more energy.
When does school start? if it is in about a month then you can lose the weight, but please do not worry about your weight so much. Nobody is judging you.
Some home workouts I do are: 45 secs on plank, 15 secs rest(this is between each exercise btw), 45 secs crunches with legs raised up to 90 degree angle, 45 secs flutter kicks. repeat this 3 times. If you have a skipping rope throw it in and do it aswell, if not you should get one(they are great). You can also do some tricep dips, squats(make sure to keep that back straight), push ups. That is the main stuff I do at home. I do way more in the gym as I have the facilities.
Lastly, you say you are cycling a lot, which is good to hear. Though if you are finding it easy then it is not really gunna work for you, try a different route which has more hills and inclines, make yourself really work for it!
Overall, just eat meats(lean ones, fish, chicken etc) and veg! You should only be eating food which had a face or came out of the ground!
