Well, I guess cardio was the biggest thing for me, I always tried to run a mile, get my best time and try to shave at least a second off of it, improvement is improvement. Then I'd walk/jog for a total of 30mins including the time spent running the mile. Then I'd do supersets Supersets are just two or more excersizes one after another in rapid order of whatever I was working out that day, arms, legs, chest/back, stomach/core.

Food, well fast food gone. Sparkling water and home made tea replaced soda and sweet drinks.
lucky for me my work has a cafeteria with a healthy section to eat from, White Chicken breasts 99% of the time and greens. I'd have a small snack ready for 10am and 2pm everyday. Get home, then gym, then get home again small portion of more chicken and a big Protien shake. I supplemented as well, picture for reference.
