Who's to say CSI Miami isn't continuing as a series in the future?

Also it's a fucking comedy cartoon, don't be so serious.

1. its a TV show dude, its not exactly trying to redefine the sci-fi genre or anything.
2. Futurama doesnt really have any consistent logic or rules established at any point, so I dont know what "logic" they would be defying.
3. just because a joke is lazy does not make it not funny.

Futurama is overrated on this site anyway.
A lot of the joke are corny.
Dont get me wrong, i like it. But people here pretend its the greatest comedy, the most philosophical and the greatest love story of all time put together.

Still better than twilight.

That was the original intent with Fry going to the future, he would bring information we all know about into a show about the future.

When Comedy Central made new episodes they continued this but the references were obviously after fry's freezing. So it doesn't follow reason but it does follow the original setup.

Because god forbid a comedy show about alcoholic robots, sewer mutants, aliens, and squid faced crab doctors be unrealistic

Documentaries should be kept as realistic as possible.

Yeah but that's when trying to get karma, I got it by clearing out metros.

Yeah, but I ended up killing some ghouls and bugs without really thinking about them.

Exactly, it cause a huge imbalance. I played Tale of Two Wastelands, so I was in DC, but because it had NV's rules, I was able to blow up Megaton, but still have very good karma because of the massive amount of ghouls there.

I tried to do that, I only had a few necessary kills, but overall I speech checked my way though.
User avatar #127 - wizardbaker (07/16/2015) [-]
To be fair, you could get good karma after blowing up Megaton by giving enough water to the bums.

It's tough, but it is possible to beat the game with 0 kills counted.

Karma in NV was SUPER bugged, it was almost impossible to have bad karma. You got loads of good karma for everything. They need to re-balance reputation and karma, and FO4 needs to be non linear like NV, not like FO3
User avatar #125 - wizardbaker (07/16/2015) [-]
I'll agree with you there, there was too much ability for good karma. I think the problem was that karma was tied to certain enemy types, like ghouls. If it's something you need to kill for survival, it shouldn't give you any karma, good or bad. Karma should be something that results from an active decision you make, where you decide you want to be good or evil in a scenario.

Fun fact: I did a pacifist run of New Vegas once. Very hard, Hardcore mode, no companions, no killing anything. I recommend it.
