Yeah I just can't do that. I appreciate the show. I understand it's glamour, but I'm just not for it. I prefer comedic shows or shows with lighter tones. Or forensic mystery shows. My boyfriend LOVES Firefly though (and Stargate SG-1) so I do watch an episode or two for his sake.

225g plain flour
2tsp fast-action yeast
1tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
Olive oil, for greasing

That is the basic recipe, i add, half a tea spoon of dried garlic, couple of shakes of pepper, two pinches of chilli powder, 3 pinches of onion powder, a shake of Italian herbs (can be found in your local supermarket in a small glass jar)

Past that point it's whatever you want to put in it that you feel will make it more to your tastes. for the cheese, i use a low fat cheese, the less fat the better, less grease, makes it so your pizza dough doesn't go soggy as old man balls.

The pizza topping, main can be everyone's favourite or it can be a teriyaki base (personal fave), mashed up onion, has to be fresh, cup of soy sauce, crushed fresh garlic, cup of sugar, recommend fresh ginger but powdered ginger is easier to measure out, but half a tea spoon of that, two table spoons of water, put in a pan, cook until sauce thickens, if not, add more sugar, or add a thickening agent, such as corn flour, get it to the consistency you feel is right (leave a bit in the pan for after it's all cooked), spread it lightly over your dough, not too thick or it will be sickly, put on your cheese and the rest of your selected toppings, when it's cooked take it out and drizzle a little more on top for a finish.
