You're missing the point. The point is this guy can draw fractals now. He can, did you look that part up too?

I don't give two shits what he's doing with himself or who he's marketing to. His vision isn't 'pixellated' is it? I don't even know that part. All I wanted to know is whether or not these drawings were done by this man, by hand like the post says. And it's true. I don't even know what irrelevant jargon you're talking about because I didn't even look into that. But I do agree with your last sentence.

So, according to the post, he is a math genius, which he isn't, since he didn't publish jack shit. His vision isn't pixellated either (as it says in the post), because the concept of pixellated vision is incorrect from every point of view. He can draw fractals now, cool, who's to say he wasn't able to draw fractals before? Drawing fractals by hand isn't something never seen before. Also, as a psychologist, I can assure you that no amount of blows to the head would make anyone understand math out of nowhere.

Agreeing with #44

It's annoying to see some high and mighty douchebag who has such a closed mind that he thinks anyone with an open mind is retarded.

It's fine to think this way, but at least take 5 seconds out of your time to google before making such bold claims suggesting the post is false. It's 2016 people, google is a very powerful and useful engine, just use it and avoid embarrassment.

Looked him up before commenting. No research papers, no discovery, no endorsments from any insitution. This is just marketing for gulible people. He just wants to sell his shitty book.

And if you really think that human vision can be "pixellated", you're exactly the target audience for that kind of marketing. It's good to have an open mind, but don't swallow all theshit that's pouring in.

It's actually true though, although they slightly misrepresented his savant syndrome. Jason Padget is the first recorded instance of a human being hand-drawing mathematical fractals and he gained the ability after being hit in the head. Here's a good article about it: www.businessinsider.com/brain-injury-created-mathematical-genius-2014-5?nr_email_referer=1&utm_source=Triggermail&utm_medium=email&utm_term=Business%2520Insider%2520Select&utm_campaign=BI%2520Select%2520%2528Tuesday%2520Thursday%2529%25202014-05-06&utm_content=emailshare%3fr=US&IR=T&IR=T

This is a condition called "acquired savant syndrom". It's quite rare, but it's absolutely real. Maybe you should do 5 seconds of googling before you cynically deny everything and call others stupid.

Meant to say that he's the first recorded instance of someone gaining the ability to draw complex mathematical fractals without any formal training, ignore that part.
