No, no, no, the problem was that you guys keep calling the prostate the G-Spot, and I was going by the medical definition, why says that it is a supposed area in the vagina.

User avatar

Again, no! It is just a myth. Nowhere, in any serious medical book do you find anything about it.
User avatar
#64 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
"In any serious medical book"

Because serious medical books are going to be talking about anal stimulation during masturbation?
User avatar
#65 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
No, but do you know that those books contain illustrations about anatomy? If it actually is a spot in the body, a zone, or an organ, it would be listed. But it isn't, because the guy "discovering" the spot actually did a shitty job.
User avatar
#66 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
Maybe you've never seen one of these illustrations, but they often do include the prostate.
User avatar
#69 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
I think I know where the problem here is: misconmunication.
Again, the G-Spot is NOT the prostate!!!!
The G-Spot is supposed to be a zone in the VAGINA!!!!
Guys don`t have vaginas.
User avatar
#71 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
The miscommunication issue is on your end then. Like, I know this may be a new concept for you, but sometimes one word has multiple meanings.

For example, "bow" may refer to the front a ship, or a long ranged weapon. When people talk about the "bow of the ship" they aren't trying to tell you that the bow is equipped with medieval weaponry.
User avatar
#72 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
Fuck off, don't act like I'm retarded.
The G-Spot defines a very specific area in the FEMALE body!
You guys only started to use the word for poking your finger into your ass, which stimulates the prostate somehow.
YOU misuse the word and as such twist its meaning.
User avatar
#75 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
You're the one misusing the word, not us. Everyone else seems to understand perfectly, which is what language is. In case you didn't know, language changes. People start using words for new things and change the meanings of words. Try reading a book in old english, you'll probably notice that you don't understand a vast majority of the words in there.
User avatar
#76 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
Yeah, right. The G-Spot was first mentioned in the 1940, by a german.
User avatar
#82 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
So what's your point? You're like "Everyone in the whole world is using this word wrong except for me." Which is not how language works.
User avatar
#83 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
No, the problem is, that appearantly, and I mean no disrespect by that, the english language misinterpreted the word. Never, even once, did any doctor I spoke to, any book I read, any study I followed mention the G-Spot, and especially not in a man.
User avatar
#85 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
That's because that's not typically where the word is used. I'm not following your logic at all. Just because something isn't mentioned by a medical book doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

"I've NEVER EVER read a medical book use the word sock, therefore socks don't exist"

Do you see how you're sounding a little ridiculous?

God, the zone is fucking called "Gräfenberg spot", that's its name. If it would exist, the word would have been mentioned.
User avatar
#93 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
Yes, and it is mentioned all the time. Either under the name "prostate" by medical professionals, or by the name "G-spot" when talking about masturbation.

Like, here's an even better example:

A man walks up to you and tries to tell you "Dicks do not exist"

You're like "What? Of course they do?"

He response "NO! I've never read the word dick in a medical book before!"

You're like "Um, they probably called it a penis there. Same thing"

He tells you "NO! Dicks are just a myth! Penises are real, dicks are not."
User avatar
#95 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
God, no, FUCK IT!!!! Read it up, google it, whatever!!! IT DOES NOT EXIST!!!! THERE IS NO PROOF!!!!!! If you can find some proof, legit proof, send me a link and I will read it, gladly.
THE PROSTATE IS NOT THE G-SPOT!
User avatar
#111 - elijahhaha (03/06/2014) [-]
Also isn't what you are saying quite contradictory how you're saying the G-spot is on a woman but you earlier refer to the G-spot doesn't exist.

I said that Gräfenberg said he found it on a woman appearently.
User avatar
#106 - wliia (03/06/2014) [-]
Funnyjunk not letting me reply to your last comment, so I'll respond here.

Yes, that's understandable, the thing is that people have been using the term for multiple things. I explained with earlier with the "bow" example.

The G-spot is a thing, and its the prostate. Its another name for the prostate, and its accepted by everyone. You may not like the word because it has another meaning in women, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
User avatar
#110 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]

#104 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
It's probably that men started ot name the prostate the G-Spot because they felt left out or something.
User avatar
#103 - seras (03/06/2014) [-]
Yeah, okay, but the G-Spot defines something different. Gräfenberg was a Gynaecologist. He said he found it on a woman. That's the thing. The prostate was found decades before that. And yes, I understand that some guys appearently like having it stimulated. I'm not one of them.
However, the G-Spot is, like I said, supposed to be in a womans body.
