Give it to a family member.
That counts as charity probably.

- I'd encourage you to add some proper values to the face. It's already got a bottom-lit vibe going on, emphasizing that further could look great.
- You could try improving the hair with the use of reference, I'm afraid the highlights don't look very natural in their current state. In my experience, blocky brushes work better for rendering hair than round ones. You should try 'em.
- Currently the dark background and dark hair really blend together, making the picture difficult to interpret. Adding some rim lighting on the back of the head, or placing lighter patterns on the background, like Scott suggested, could help make the subject more noticeable. Depending on your program, using something like overlay or dodge would work well for creating the effect. Same effect could be applied on the colored lines to give them a slight glow.

If you want them to be as accurate as possible, for professional level work or whatever, get one of these.
spyder.datacolor.com/display-calibration/

Otherwise, mess with the color settings until you like it. should be a way to do that with both monitors.

There is no neutral. The best you can do is color calibrate your display and hope other people have done the same.
